That’s how Bean by Bean came to life.
This concept became my foundation. It’s the thread running through every project I’ve built since. And now, I’m sharing it with the hope that it helps you reconnect with what matters, expand your life, and pursue your dreams with clarity and care.

Meet Leo
I’m Leo, a curious and creative mind driven by a deep passion for growth, wellness, and intentional living.
That passion led me to explore a wide range of disciplines over the years—from culinary arts to fitness, from economics to meditation. Not because I had all the answers, but because I was seeking them.
Along the way, I became a certified fitness expert and nutritionist, studied meditation and mindfulness, and earned a graduate degree in economics. Every step helped me build a more holistic approach to life—blending structure with softness, discipline with presence.
Bean by Bean is where it all comes together. It reflects the mindset I live by and the quiet shifts that have helped me move through challenge and into clarity.
