What You’ll Find in the Daily Pages

  • Morning Meditation (1–2 Minutes): You can do this right in bed—“beditate,” as Davidji says. Close your eyes, breathe, and observe your thoughts without judgment.
  • Evening Box Breathing (1–2 Minutes): Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 4, and hold empty for 4. This simple pattern relaxes the mind and body.
  • Wins & Lessons (1–2 Minutes): Note at least one positive from your day and one lesson to guide you forward.

Day-by-Day Outline

Each day, you’ll follow the same simple structure:

Morning

  • Meditation Prompt: Sit or lie comfortably, close your eyes, and focus on your breath. When your mind wanders, gently bring it back.
  • Time Logged: Record how long you practiced. Even a minute counts!

Evening

  • Box Breathing Prompt: Practice the 4-4-4-4 cycle.
